Olympia

All teams must register for Olympia by Sunday, Janurary 29th, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

• All teams must register before playing. On-site check-in will be available from 9am-9:30AM (all team members must be present).
• Teams not checked-in will not be able to participate
• Late check-in will result in deduction of points
• All players must have a signed WAIVER before allowed to play. Waiver forms should be submitted by January 29th. 
• Ten (10) players per team. One team per school. (Exception will be given only by pre-arrangement with the MAYS Olympia Lead).
• At the beginning of each game, the Olympia Lead will explain the game. Your team captain must make sure the team members listen to instructions. Hold on to any questions until the Olympia Lead permits questions.
• The Olympia Lead may choose to deliver the game instruction to the whole group, or only to the team captains.
• There will be 3-5 games total. Scoring will vary depending on each game.
• At the end of all games, your team’s points will be calculated for the following awards.

• 1st Place
• 2nd Place
• 3rd Place

*In case of dispute, Olympia Lead will make the final decision that attains fairness to involved parties.

**Prizes to award winners will be distributed after the Cultural Show Contest on November 9th, 2019.
